Whenever the Parent Alliance team gets together it never fails that we talk about the challenges our children face and share the tips we use to manage. We wanted to make sure we shared those great tips and stories with parents who, just like us, are raising children who are struggling with their mental health.
We're excited to share, This is Not What I was Expecting, because that's how we describe the journey we're on. There's no book broken down by ages and stages when you're raising a child, or children, who are struggling with their behavioral and mental health.
